Reza Rafiee — CEO & Founder of Shaar Properties

With over two decades of business leadership, Reza Rafiee combines deep investment expertise with extensive development experience to bring a fresh perspective to Dubai’s real estate market.

Before founding Shaar Properties, Reza served as a senior manager at Rafiee Holding in Iran — a family-owned conglomerate with over 50 years of history, active in industrial manufacturing, food industries, air-conditioning systems, and most notably as a leading real estate developer and investor.

Since 2021, Reza has expanded his investments to Dubai, officially launching Shaar Properties two years ago. Today, he leverages his strong business background to provide clients with trusted guidance and tailored real estate solutions in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
